Ingredients For chocolatie kiss cookies

  • 2 stick
    butter, softened
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 2 1/4 tsp
    pure vanilla extract
  • 2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 c
    cake flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 c
    semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    dark chocolate chips
  • 3
    dozen hershey kisses

How To Make chocolatie kiss cookies

    Place butter and sugars in stand or electric mixer and beat until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add eggs and vanilla, and beat until well combined.

    Place both flours, salt and baking soda into a large bowl, mix to combine. Slowly add to wet ingredients along with chocolate chips. Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    Wrap dough around one Hershey Kiss forming a ball, do not press dough down. Bake for 10-12 minutes until baked through. Let cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes before eating.
