Ingredients For chocolate drop cookies

2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 cvegetable shortening

3eggs

1 cbaking cocoa

3 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

4 tspvanilla

4 tspbaking powder

1 boxsmall instant chocolate pudding

1 csour milk, (1 tbsp vinegar to milk)
How To Make chocolate drop cookies

1Cream brown sugar, shortening and eggs.

2Add flour, baking soda, salt, vanilla, baking powder along with soured milk. Blend well.

3Add instant pudding and cocoa, making sure to blend well.

4Drop dough by scoopful or teaspoons full on cookie sheet. (Spray pan if not using non-stick). Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes. Cool 2-3 minutes before removing from pan.

5Great plain or frost if desired.
