These cookies are too good you cant stop eating them.My husband loves these cookies,I made them the other day my sister inlaw and her husband come over .They were a big hit.

Ingredients For chocolate cookies with peanut butter icing

  • 1 3/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 cup or 1 1/2 sticks of butter or margarine softened
  • 2/3 c
    cocoa powder
  • 3/4 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp
    salt
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract

How To Make chocolate cookies with peanut butter icing

    heat oven to 350 . Combine flour,sugar,butter,cocoa,baking soda,salt,eggs,milk and vanilla in large .Beat at medium speed until blended batter will be stiff .Form dough into 1 1/4 inch balls .Place on ungreased cookie sheet flatten slightly.

    bake 10 to 13 minutes.Cool slightly remove from cookie sheet to wire rack till cool.

    PEANUT BUTTER FROSTING. 1 cups peanut butter, 1/2 butter softed, 4 to 5 tablespoons milk as needed. 3 cups confectioner sugar , Mix butter and peanut butter together in med bowl.Beat with mixer gradually mix in the sugar,and mix in the milk 1 tablespoon at a time till frosting is spreadable .Mix for 3 min .till fuffy.
