Blue Ribbon Recipe

These chocolate chip toffee oatmeal Kahlua cookies are jam-packed cookies. Between all the chocolate chips, toffee chips, oatmeal, and Kahlua's coffee flavor, you have a punch of flavor in each bite. They're crispy and a little chewy. If you like a thinner cookie this recipe is for you.
