Ingredients For chocolate chip pudding cookies

1 c(2 sticks) butter, softened

3/4 cdark brown sugar

1/4 cgranulated sugar

1 (1 oz.)pkg. baker's choice sugar free instant vanilla pudding mix

2 lgeggs
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
2-1/4 call-purpose flour
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1(11.5 oz.) pkg. milk chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate chip pudding cookies

1Preheat oven to 350°F.

2In a bowl, combine the flour and baking soda. Then set the bowl aside.

3In a large bowl, mix the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.

4Now add in the pudding mix and vanilla extract. Beat until creamy.

5Add the eggs and mix well.

6Gradually stir in the flour mixture.

7Now stir in the chocolate chips.

8Drop by tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet about 1-inch apart. (I used a Pampered Chef Medium Cookie Scoop to make each cookie.)

9Bake in oven for 9 minutes, then carefully remove the cookies, and place on a wire rack to cool.

10Yields: 42 (2-inch) cookies

11I wanted to let everyone know, that after the cookies cool, I place them in a Tupperware container, and place them in the freezer. They do keep well for quite sometime in the freezer. But I must admit, these cookies are quite addictive.
