I love baking but there are times when there is just not enough time to make cookies...or I'm feeling just a bit lazy. Either way this is a quick way to get your chocolate chip cookie fix.

Ingredients For chocolate chip pan cookies

1 cbutter, softened

3/4 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

3/4 csugar

2 lgeggs
-
1 tspvanilla extract

2 1/4 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda
-
1 tspsalt
-
1 pkg6-oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips

1/2 cpecans, chopped
How To Make chocolate chip pan cookies

1In a small bowl combine flour, soda and salt. Set aside.

2In a large bowl combine butter, both sugars and vanilla, beat until creamy, beat in eggs one at a time. Mix well.

3Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter mixture, mix well. Stir in chips and nuts.

4Spread in a greased 13x9 pan. Pre-heated oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 20-30 minutes. Cut into squares while slightly warm.
