Ingredients For chocolate chip cookies

  • 2 1/4 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    light brown sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 c
    crisco butter flavored
  • 1 pkg
    toll house chocolate chips

How To Make chocolate chip cookies

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In medium bowl, combine flour, salt and baking soda.

    In a larger bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients, except the chips. When mixed, combine with flour mixture. Add in Chocolate Chips

    Using a 1 inch scoop (spray with pam), scoop dough, into your hand (sprayed with pam) and roll into a ball. Place on greased baking sheet and gently press down on the ball. (This prevents the crunchy thin sides and gives you a nice chewy cookie)

    Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
