Its storming outside and its time for some comfort sweets! These chocolate Chunk cookies will melt in you mouth. With this basic dough you can change the ingredients to you liking. Add or take away, it doesn't matter. They will melt in your mouth and all you'll want is more.

Ingredients For chocolate chip chunk cookies

1/2 stickbutter, room temperature

1/3 csugar plus

1/3 cpacked brown sugar

1 tspvanilla

1/2 tspbutter, extract

1 lgegg
-
1 cplus 2 tblsp. all-purpose flour

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspcream of tarter

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 cor 6 oz. dark chocolate chunks

1/2 cwhite chocolate chips (opt.)

1/4 cheath-bits o` brickle

may add nuts if you prefer-i didn't
How To Make chocolate chip chunk cookies

1Preheat you oven to 375º

2In a large mixing bowl beat the butter and sugars until creamy. Add the vanilla and butter extract along with the egg to the butter mixture and combine until creamy.

3In another bowl combine the dry ingredients and still well. Now add to the butter mixture and combine well. Now add the chips and mix well.

4Place parchment paper on you cookie sheet. Now use a two tablespoon cookie scoop and scoop out the dough onto the parchment paper. Place 2 in. apart. Bake for 10 minutes. NO LONGER or they will be crunchy. You want them soft and chewy.
