Ingredients For chocolate caramel cookies

1 cbutter..room temp.

1 cplus 1 tablespoon sugar..divided

1 cpacked brown sugar

2 lgeggs

2 tspvanilla

2 1/2 cflour

3/4 cbaking cocoa

1 tspbaking soda

1 cpecans..chopped..divided

1 pkg(13 oz) rolo candies
How To Make chocolate caramel cookies

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees In a mixing bowl,cream butter,1 cup sugar & brown sugar...Add eggs,vanilla & mix well.

2In a separate bowl,combine next 3 dry ingredients:add to the creamed mixture & beat just until combined.Stir in 1/2 cup pecans. Shape dough by Tablespoonfuls around each candy.

3In a small bowl,combine remaining pecans & sugar. Dip each cookie halfway. Place nut side up on an ungreased baking sheet.

4Bake..7-10 minutes or until top is slightly cracked. Cool for 3 minutes, remove to cool on wire racks.
