chocolate butterscotch crunch
I am not sure where this recipe came from but it is oh so delicious. I make variations using whatever I feel like. White chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, caramel bits, toffee bits, all work great. An easy and quick option to making cookies.

1 3/4 cflour

3/4 cwhite sugar

3/4 cbrown sugar

1 cbutter or margarine

2egg yolks
-
1 1/2 tspvanilla

2 1/4 cmilk chocolate chips
How To Make chocolate butterscotch crunch

1Combine flour and sugars and mix well.

2Thoroughly beat in butter.

3Add egg yolks and vanilla. Mix well, until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips.

4Spread evenly with a spatula on a 10x15 greased or parchment covered baking sheet. Bake at 350F for 18-24 minutes or light golden and just set. Remove from oven.

5Cool and cut into bars.
