Ingredients For choc-oatmeal cookies

  • 100 g
    butter, room temperature
  • 1 c
    brown sugar
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 c
    oatmeal, uncooked
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 100 g
    melted chocolate (optional)
  • YOU CAN DOUBLE THIS RECIPE

How To Make choc-oatmeal cookies

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    In a medium bowl mix butter with sugar, add egg and vanilla.

    Sift flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder, add oatmeal and mix well.

    Drop cookie mix by tablespoon in lightly greased cookie sheets, one inch apart.

    Bake 10 minutes.

    Let them cool and dip them half in chocolate. Let chocolate harden.
