Ingredients For choc-oatmeal cookies

100 gbutter, room temperature

1 cbrown sugar

1egg
-
1/2 tspbaking powder

1 call purpose flour

1/2 tspbaking soda

2 coatmeal, uncooked

1 tspvanilla extract
-
100 gmelted chocolate (optional)

How To Make choc-oatmeal cookies

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2In a medium bowl mix butter with sugar, add egg and vanilla.

3Sift flour, baking soda, salt and baking powder, add oatmeal and mix well.

4Drop cookie mix by tablespoon in lightly greased cookie sheets, one inch apart.

5Bake 10 minutes.

6Let them cool and dip them half in chocolate. Let chocolate harden.
