I love soft cookies, so I really love this recipe because they start soft, and they stay soft! My family and friends LOVE these cookies, they never stay around too long!

2 1/4 call purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

3/4 cbrown sugar

1/2 cmargarine or butter

1/2 cshortening
-
4 ozpackage of instant vanilla pudding mix

1/8 tspalmond extract

1 tspvanilla extract

2 mdeggs, beaten
-
2 csemi-sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cwhite sugar
How To Make chewy chocolate chip cookies (bite size)

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine flour and baking soda in separate bowl and set aside. Mix brown sugar, white sugar, butter, shortening, instant vanilla pudding mix, vanilla and almond extract. Mix well until blended. Add beaten eggs. Slowly mix in flour mixture. Stir in chocolate chips by hand. Roll 1 1/2 inch balls in hands and add to greased cookie sheet. Bake for 9 minutes and enjoy!
