Quick and portable cheesecake. These are typically cut into squares, but I have cut them into shapes with small cutters for a tea party.

Ingredients For cheesecake cookies

  • 1
    white cake mix
  • 1/2 c
    butter
  • 1
    egg
  • FILLING
  • 1 pkg
    cream cheese (8oz)
  • 1 lb
    powdered sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make cheesecake cookies

    Preheat oven to 325
  • 2
    Mix cake mix, butter and 1 egg together and press firmly into bottom of greased 13x9 inch pan (for thinner cookies or if cutting into small shapes grease a jellyroll pan and press crust into)

    Mix filling ingredients together until well blended and pour into prepared pan.

    Bake at 325 for about 50 minutes. Mixture will be puffy. Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares.
