Just ran across the recipe in my file, and realized I hadn't made these yet. Can't even remember where the recipe came from. Will be making these this week-end for sure.

Ingredients For chai snickerdoodles

2 csugar

2 tspcinnamon, ground

1 tspginger powder

1 tspcardamon, ground

1/2 tspallspice, ground

1 cbutter, softened

2eggs

1 1/2 tspvanilla extract

2 3/4 cflour

1/4 tspsalt
-
2 tspcream of tartar
How To Make chai snickerdoodles

1Combine sugar and spices, then remove 1/2 cup to roll cookie balls in later. Add butter and cream together with sugar mixture until fluffy. Add eggs 1 at a time add vanilla and mix together add dry ingredients and mix well.

2shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in reserved sugar mixture. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 12 mins.
