Fabulous, thoughtful gift for your friends with dogs! My friend Celine is a professional baker and is also a dog-mom to two sweet rescue Pitties that she bakes these healthy treats for. She gave this wonderful recipe to me for my own pups. These are so much better for your fur-babies than store bought treats! I like to use a bone shaped cookie cutter just to be 'classic'!

Ingredients For celine's christmas pumpkin cookies for dogs!

  • 1 c
    pumpkin
  • 1 c
    raw oats
  • 1 c
    flax meal
  • 1 c
    whole wheat flour
  • 1 c
    brown rice, cooked
  • 3
    eggs, one white removed (save for later)
  • 1/2 c
    diced carrots
  • 1
    mashed cooked beet

    Mix all the ingredients together, adding flour until a solid ball is formed. Roll out the dough and cut into shapes. Brush with remaining egg white.
