These little fellers should be cut into small bars. Then it provides enough sweet with out being a huge amount. I'm not a big sweet eater and that's why I like these, they satisfy my sweet tooth with out imposing too much guilt. Plus, they are yummy looking.

Ingredients For carmel crunch bars

  • 4 1/2
    graham crackers
  • 1 pkg
    11 oz carmel bites
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    cocktail peanuts
  • 1/2 c
    coarsely crushed pretzels
  • 4
    squares, semi sweet chocolate, melted

How To Make carmel crunch bars

    LINE 8" PAN WITH FOIL EXTENDING OVER SIDES OF PAN.Grease foil real well with shortening, place graham crackers over shortening in bottom of pan. Cut to fit if necessary.

    MICROWAVE Carmel Bits and milk in microwave safe bowl on high 2 minutes or until completely melted and mixture is well blended, stir every 30 seconds. Pour over graham crackers; top with next 3 ingredients, drizzle with chocolate.

    CHILL one hour, use foil handles to remove from pan and cut into small bars. Store in an air tight container, travels well.
