1 cbutter, softened

1 csugar

1 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 tspsalt

1/2 tspbaking soda

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspcinnamon

2egg
-
2 tspvanilla extract

1 1/2 call purpose flour
-
3 coats, uncooked
-
11 ozkraft caramel bits
-
1 cpecans, in pieces (toasted)

1/3 ccoconut, flaked
How To Make caramel & pecan oatmeal cookies

1Preheat oven to 350 Line baking sheet with parchment paper

2Combine butter, sugars, salt, soda, powder and cinnamon. Beat until well blended. Add eggs, vanilla-beat until blended. Add flour to creamed mixture and beat until blended. Stir in oats, caramel baking bits, pecans and coconut.

3Drop by rounded teaspoon on to parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 11-12 min. Allow to cool slightly before removing to cooling rack.
