These are amazing..Gooey caramel, and so good and luscious. Makes a small batch, so dbl the recipe if you are making them for a crowd.

Ingredients For candy bar-oatmeal cookies

  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 1/4 c
    flour
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 c
    quick cooking oatmeal
  • 1
    13.3 oz bag of snicker candy bar; fun size bag

How To Make candy bar-oatmeal cookies

    Preheat oven to 350F. Grease cookie sheets with non-stick cooking spray.

    In large mixing bowl, combine brown sugar, sugar and softened butter; beat until light and fluffy. Add milk, eggs & vanilla; blend well. Add flour and baking soda; mix well. Stir in oats until well combined. Stir in candy bar pieces.

    Drop dough by heaping tablespoons 2 inches apart. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until light and golden brown; remove from cookie sheet and cool on rack.
