Ingredients For orange butterscotch chip cookies

  • 1-1/2 c
    flour
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    orange juice
  • 1
    large egg
  • 2 Tbsp
    milk
  • 1 tsp
    grated orange peel
  • 1 c
    (6 ounces) butterscotch chips

How To Make orange butterscotch chip cookies

  • 1
    Combine dry ingredients in small bowl. Beat sugar and butter in large bowl until creamy. Add egg, milk and orange juice. Mixture will appear curdled.

    Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.

    Bake at 375 degrees for 10 to 11 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes on baking sheets; remove to racks to cool completely.
