Ingredients For butterscotch oatmeal cookies

  • 1 c
    butter, softened
  • 2
    eggs
  • 1/2 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 2 c
    rolled oats
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 c
    butterscotch chips
  • 1 c
    chopped nuts (optional)

How To Make butterscotch oatmeal cookies

    Combine butter and both sugars in bowl. Cream well. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla.

    Measure in remaining ingredients. Mix together. Drop by spoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheets.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
