Ingredients For butterscotch cookies

3 cbutter or margaine, melted and cooled

6eggs

6 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

6 tspbaking powder

3 tspbaking soda

1 tspcream of tartar

10 1/2 call purpose flour
How To Make butterscotch cookies

1Blend well all ingredients except flour, use an electric mixer if possible. Slowly add in 10 1/2 cups of all purpose flour.

2Roll into walnut sized balls, place 2" apart on lightly greased cookie sheet, or use parchment paper. Bake 10 -12 minutes at 350 degrees.
