Ingredients For butterscotch choc chip oatmeal cookies

  • INGREDIENTS:
  • 3/4 c
    butter, room temp
  • 1-1/4 c
    light brown sugar
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 c
    flour, ap
  • 2 tsp
    cream of tartar
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    oatmeal (quick oats)
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips, semi sweet or milk chocolate, your choice
  • 1 c
    butterscotch chips

How To Make butterscotch choc chip oatmeal cookies

    Directions: Mix in large mixing bowl, butter and sugars. Add eggs, mix well Add the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Add the oatmeal and both chips. Mix well. Drop by teaspoon (I use mini scoop) onto parchment lined cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 5-6 minutes. DO NOT overbake, will be hard!
