Ingredients For butterscotch choc chip oatmeal cookies
- INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cbutter, room temp

1-1/4 clight brown sugar
-
2eggs
-
2 cflour, ap
-
2 tspcream of tartar
-
1 tspbaking soda
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1 coatmeal (quick oats)

1 cchocolate chips, semi sweet or milk chocolate, your choice
-
1 cbutterscotch chips
How To Make butterscotch choc chip oatmeal cookies

1Directions: Mix in large mixing bowl, butter and sugars. Add eggs, mix well Add the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Add the oatmeal and both chips. Mix well. Drop by teaspoon (I use mini scoop) onto parchment lined cookie sheets. Bake at 400 degrees for 5-6 minutes. DO NOT overbake, will be hard!
