1 pkg12 oz butterscotch chips

1/3 cbutter, melted

2 cgraham cracker crumbs

1 cpecans, chopped

1 pkgcream cheese
-
1 caneagle brand® sweetened condensed milk

1egg

1 tspvanilla extract
How To Make butterscotch cheesecake bars

1Preheat oven to 350. In a medium saucepan, melt morsels and butter. Stir in graham cracker crumbs and pecans. Press half the mixture firmly into the bottom of a greased 13x9 baking pan.

2In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy; add Eagle Brand® Sweetened Condensed Milk, egg and vanilla extract. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan; top with remaining crumb mixture.

3Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.
