Ingredients For butterscotch cake mix cookies

1 - 15.25 ozbutter recipe cake mix (i prefer betty crocker)

1 - 3.4 ozpkg instant butterscotch pudding

3 Tbspflour

3/4 ccanola or vegetable oil

1egg

1 tspvanilla

3/4 cchopped walnuts, pecans, or mini-chocolate chips
How To Make butterscotch cake mix cookies

1Wisk together the flour and cake and pudding mixes.

2Mix in the oil, egg and vanilla until well blended. Stir in nuts, chocolate chips or a combination of the two.

3The cookie dough will look very crumbly once well mixed. Scoop about a tablespoon of dough and roll it into a ball. (Latex gloves work great for rolling.)

4Place balls on a baking sheet sprayed with PAM. Slightly flatten with fingers or the bottom of a glass.

5Bake at 350° for 11 minutes or until the edges just start to brown.

6Cool on baking sheet.

7Note: If you are going to experiment with other flavor cake mixes and puddings, omit the extra flour.
