There was a Butterfinger cookie posted a few weeks ago by Clairessa Raine, this was her original recipe before she made corrections; this is the exact recipe I tried and my husband and friends loved them, so I guess they are good either way.

1/2 cbutter, softened

3/4 csugar

2/3 cpacked brown sugar

2egg whites
-
1 1/4 cpeanut butter

1 1/2 tspbaking soda

1 call purpose flour

1/4 tspsalt

5butterfinger candy bars, chopped

1In a large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Beat in egg whites. Stir in Peanut Butter.

2Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt; Gradually add to the creamed mixture. Stir in candy bars.

3Shape into 1 1/2 in balls and place 2 inces apart on greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove and cool on wire rack.
