Ingredients For butterfinger cookies

3/4 csugar

1/2 cbutter or margarine; softened

1egg

1 3/4 call purpose flour

3/4 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsalt

1 pkg8 oz. butterfinger chips, coarsley chopped
How To Make butterfinger cookies

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In large mixing bowl, beat sugar and butter until creamy. Beat in egg until light and fluffy. Blend in flour, baking soda and salt. Stir in chopped Butterfinger Chips.

2Drop dough by rounded tablespoonful onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 11 to 13 minutes or until cookies are lightly browned. Let stand on cookie sheet 2 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
