1egg yolk

3/4 csour cream

How To Make butter twists

1Cream butter & add flour.

2Combine egg yolk & sour cream.

3Chill 3-4 hours or overnight.

4Divide dough into 3 parts.

5Roll each into circle 1/8 inch thick.

6Cut each circle into 16 wedges.

7Combine sugar, cinnamon & nuts.

8Sprinkle on wedges & roll each wedge toward the center.

9Bake in preheated 375 oven for 25-30 minutes.
