My favorite part of brownies are the edges. In a cookie, you have "edges" in every bite!

-
1/4 cbutter (1/2 stick)
-
1 1/2 csugar
-
4eggs
-
1 tspvanilla extract
-
1 cflour
-
1 tspbaking powder

How To Make brownie cookies
-
1Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
-
2Combine the first 2 cups chocolate chips and butter. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until melted and smooth. Do not overcook - there will be a soft ball of chocolate in the pan when it is done - in just a few minutes. Leave in pan.
-
3Combine the sugar, eggs and vanilla extract and beat on medium speed until free of lumps.
-
4In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder and salt. Gradually add flour mixture to the butter-sugar mixture. Beat on medium speed until just combined. Add the chocolate mixture from the saucepan and mix on medium-high speed for 1 minute. Batter may be slightly runny. Stir in the last 2 cups chocolate chips/chunks.
-
5Use a medium cookie scoop or tablespoon and put scoops of batter about 2 inches apart on baking sheets. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
-
6Let rest for a few minutes, then carefully transfer cookies from baking sheet to cooling rack.
