Ingredients For blueberry cheesecake cookies

  • 2 box
    jiffy blueberry muffin mix-7oz each or one 15 oz krusteuz
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 4 oz
    cream cheese
  • 1 stick
    butter
  • 10 oz
    vanilla or white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed

How To Make blueberry cheesecake cookies

    Cream together; butter, eggs and brown sugar.

    Add cream cheese and mix well
  • 3
    Add muffin mix.

    Fold in chips. Drop by spoonful onto cookie stone.

    Bake at 325 for 16 minutes. Opt. I added a fresh blueberry to the top of each cookie before baking.
