Ingredients For black bottom cups

  • 1
    8 ounce pkg cream cheese, softened
  • 1
    egg
  • 1/3 c
    sugar
  • 1/8 tsp
    salt
  • 1
    6 ounce package chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • COMBINE AND SET ASIDE: IN ANOTHER BOWL SIFT TOGETHER:
  • 1 1/2 c
    all purpose flour
  • 1/4 c
    cocoa powder
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 tsp
    baking soda
  • ADD:
  • 1 c
    water, warm
  • 1 Tbsp
    vinegar
  • 1/3 c
    oil
  • BEAT WELL.

How To Make black bottom cups

  • 1
    Fill paper-lined muffins 1/3 full with batter. Top each with 1 Tablespoon cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle each cup with a little sugar and chopped nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes
