bill's whiskey cookies
These cookies are super good snacking cookies. There is nothing better than these soft warm whiskey cookies right from the oven with a tall glass of milk or hot mocha! Great to keep on hand when you want something sweet, and they store well in the freezer. Enjoy!

How To Make bill's whiskey cookies
-
1Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. I use air cookie sheets. Grease each cookie sheet.
-
2I use a Kitchen Aid Mixer mixing bowl, which is the FIRST BOWL, beat softened butter on medium speed until creamy. Add sugar and beat until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
-
3In the SECOND large mixing bowl, add flour, baking soda, cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well. Add the SECOND BOWL flour mixture to the FIRST BOWL, a little at a time while beating on low speed. After you have added the last of the flour, start adding the raisins, and the nuts
-
4Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the greased cookie sheets, two inches apart. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
-
5Cool on a rack. Store in a tight container. Enjoy!
-
6Here is how they look! They taste amazing! Enjoy!
