1/2 coil

1 cgranulated sugar

1/4 cmolasses

1 3/4 call purpose flour

2 tspground ginger

1 tspground cinnamon

1 tspbaking powder

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 cgranulated sugar
How To Make bettys gingersnaps

1preheat oven to 375.

2in mixing bowl, beat oil with sugar. beat in egg and molasses. the dough can be quite sticky.

3using 1 teaspoon per cookie shape dough into ball. place on lightly oiled baking pan sheet and flatten with the palm of your hand.

4bake for 12-15 minutes. let cool on cookie sheets or racks.
