These are really good. Icing can be put on them. I've made them with raisins in too.

Ingredients For best sugar cookies ever

  • 1 1/2 c
    granulated sugar
  • 3/4 c
    shortening/crisco butter
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 2 tsp
    baking powder
  • 1 tsp
    hot water
  • 3 3/4 c
    flour

How To Make best sugar cookies ever

    Cream sugar, shortening & eggs, add milk. Mix baking soda & hot water. Add that to mix. Add baking powder & flour. Mix

    drop by small scoop. I use parchment paper.

    Bake 350 degrees, 10 - 15 minutes
