I use this to drizzle on cookies but you can make it thick to put on cakes and cupcakes as well. In fact I actually thin it out to do the drizzling. Recipe is my own.

Ingredients For best ever white icing-annette's

2 cconfectioners' sugar, sift before measuring

1 1/2 Tbspbutter, softened

1/2 tspvanilla extract or almond extract

1/4 tspsalt

3-4 Tbspmilk (or more if thinning to drizzle icing)
How To Make best ever white icing-annette's

1Combine all icing ingredients in small mixing bowl.

2Stir until smooth and well blended.

3Adjust for spreading consistency if necessary, adding more milk or more confectioners' sugar.

4Spread icing or drizzle on warm cookies, cake or cupcakes.
