My friend, Pam, served these at a New Year's Eve party. The cookies were so good that people actually snuck into her freezer to get more when she wasn't looking.

Ingredients For best ever peanut butter cookies

  • 2 c
    creamy peanut butter
  • 1 pkg
    butterscotch chips
  • 6 c
    corn flakes

How To Make best ever peanut butter cookies

    In microwave, melt peanut butter and butterscotch chips in a large bowl. Cook for 30 seconds, stir. Repeat until chips are melted. Stir until smooth. Add cornflakes 1 cup at a time until the peanut butter mixture doesn't drip off the cereal Drop by rounded tablespoon onto a lined cookie sheet Freeze for 15 minutes to set Store in a baggie on the counter or freezer (my fav).
