These are such good little cookies. They remind me of vanilla waffers or tea cakes. I enjoy making these because they aren't so sweet. I usually make half the batch crispy for me and the other half not as crispy for my husband.

How To Make bea's drop cookies

1Preheat oven to 325. Mix all ingredients together & drop by teaspoonsful onto a foil-lined & greased cookie sheet. Bake @ 325 for approximately 10-12 minutes or until edges begin to brown. Note: this is a fairly stiff batter.

2Tip: Bake a tad bit longer for crispier cookies.
