baseball doubled chocolate cookies
This double chocolate chip cookie was shared with me in 1991 at our Son's Baseball Little League games. It has been a favorite and made frequently. A great Crowd Pleasing Cookie!

How To Make baseball doubled chocolate cookies
-
1Mix all Ingredients (EXCEPT Chocolate Chips) gently.
-
2Whatever you do, Do Not Add additional water. ONLY 3 TABLESPOONS.
-
3Gently toss and mix the chocolate chips into batter.
-
4I let the complete finished batter rest open air for 15 to 20 minutes before baking.
-
5Place the cookie batter into the 1/4 cup for LARGE cookies. I like 1/8 measurements for a smaller cookie.
-
6Drop cookie mix onto a parchment lined cookie sheet at least 1 inch apart.
-
7Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes. Large 1/4 Cup cookies bake at 375° 15 to 17 minutes.
-
8Check the cookies close to doneness by visually. The center top should look glossy and the rest of cookie looks cracking.
-
9Cool for a couple of minutes and gently pick up cookie off the parchment paper to verify doneness. Cool and store in your favorite container.
-
10I place cookie dough in individual plastic wrap to freeze and bake at another time.
