banana peanut butter cookies
(3 ratings)
One of my favorite flavor combos is Bananas and Peanut Butter. I remember as a child taking a banana and slathering peanut butter on it. I am also making it into sandwiches. This flavor combo was so new to me as a grew up in a Italian immigrant household. So this combo was always so indulgent and brought very happy memories!

Use a fork to gently flatten cookies to about 3/4?. Bake about 9–12 minutes, until edges begin to brown. Cookies may look underdone, but really aren’t!
