Ingredients For banana nut cookies

1/2 cbutter, softened

1/2 csugar

1/2 cbrown sugar, firmly packed

1 cmashed bananas, be sure they are very ripe

2eggs
-
1/4 tspsalt

1 tspbaking powder

1/2 cfinely chopped walnuts

1/2 cmilk

3 call purpose flour

1/2 tspvanilla extract
How To Make banana nut cookies

1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar; add eggs and beat until well mixed. Add bananas, milk and vanilla. Mix until well combine.

3In separate bowl, combine flour, salt and baking powder. Add dry mixture to large bowl. Stir until combined. Stir in nuts.

4Drop by teaspoon-fulls onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, or until edges are browned.
