These brownies can be whipped up in a flash and popped into the oven in no time. A good way to use up extra bananas.

Ingredients For banana nut brownies

    ripened bananas
  • 2 lg
    eggs
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 3 Tbsp
    water
  • 1 box
    favorite brownie mix
  • 1/2 c
    (or more) roughly chopped pecans

How To Make banana nut brownies

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease the bottom of a 9x9" pan.

    Mash bananas; stir in eggs, oil, and water until well blended. Stir in brownie mix by hand and beat 50 strokes, scraping bowl as you go.

    Pour batter in pan; sprinkle on chopped pecans. Bake for 30-33 minutes. Cool 10 minutes before slicing.
