I don't know where I found this recipe for these cookies but my kids LOVED them while growing up. I would make a glaze to put on them sometimes which made them even more delish! So if you have a powdered sugar glaze you want to put on them, go for it!!

Ingredients For banana drop cookies

2 1/8 cflour

1 1/2 tspbaking powder

1/2 tspcinnamon

1/4 tspbaking soda

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tspcloves

1/2 cbutter, room temperature

2eggs
-
1/2 tspvanilla extract
-
1 cmashed banana
-
1 csugar
How To Make banana drop cookies

1Oven preheated to 375 degrees.

2Stir together flour, baking powder, cinnamon, baking soda, salt and cloves. Set aside.

3Beat the 1/2 cup butter. Add the sugar, beat til fluffy.

4Add the eggs and vanilla; beat well.

5Add the dry ingredients & 1 cup mashed banana, alternately.

6Drop from spoonful on well greased pan and bake 10-12 minutes. Once cooled, eat as is or put a glaze on them!
