Ingredients For banana cream cookies

1/2 cbutter, softened

3/4 csugar

1banana, smashed
-
1 box(3.4 ounces) instant banana cream pudding

2large eggs

2-1/2 cflour

1/2 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspsalt

2 cwhite chocolate chips or butterscotch chips or semi sweet chocolate chips

1/4 cbrown sugar

1 tspvanilla
How To Make banana cream cookies

1Combine dry ingredients: set aside. Combine butter and sugars and mix with an electric mixer.

2Add banana, pudding mix, eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

3Put dry ingredients into mixing bowl with banana mixture and mix slowly. Add chips and mix.

4Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto parchment lined baking sheets. Bake at 350 minutes for 10 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes and then transfer to wire rack.
