Ingredients For banana cream cookies

  • 1/2 c
    butter, softened
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 1
    banana, smashed
  • 1 box
    (3.4 ounces) instant banana cream pudding
  • 2
    large eggs
  • 2-1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 2 c
    white chocolate chips or butterscotch chips or semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c
    brown sugar
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla

How To Make banana cream cookies

  • 1
    Combine dry ingredients: set aside. Combine butter and sugars and mix with an electric mixer.

    Add banana, pudding mix, eggs and vanilla. Mix until smooth.

    Put dry ingredients into mixing bowl with banana mixture and mix slowly. Add chips and mix.

    Drop rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto parchment lined baking sheets. Bake at 350 minutes for 10 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 2 minutes and then transfer to wire rack.
