1/2 cbutter, melted

1/4 tspsalt

1 clight brown sugar

1 Tbspvanilla

1egg

1 cflour

1/2-1 cmashed banana

1/2 cmini chocolate chips

1/2 cchopped nuts

1/2 tspbaking powder

1/8 tspbaking soda
How To Make banana chocolate chip blondie bars

1In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Mix until combined. Add vanilla and egg, mix well.

2Whisk flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda together and add to wet ingredients. Add mashed bananas and stir until combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips and nuts. DO NOT OVERMIX. Sprinkle some mini chips on top.

3Pour into a greased and floured 8 X 8 inch baking pan.

4Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
