Ingredients For aunt rachel's ginger snaps

  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    butter, melted
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1/4 c
    sorghum
  • 1
    egg
  • 2 tsp
    baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp
    cloves
  • 1/2 tsp
    ginger
  • 1 tsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make aunt rachel's ginger snaps

  • 1
    Mix sugar, butter,sorghum,egg,soda,cloves,ginger,cinnamon and salt.

    Add flour and mix. Roll into balls, dip into sugar. Place on a cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes.
