Ingredients For apricot almond tart
- CRUST

2 call purpose flour

1/2 csugar, granulated

1/2 cbutter, room temperature

2eggs
- FILLING
-
1/3 capricot jam
-
1/2 cbutter
-
2/3 cgranulated sugar

3eggs
-
1 1/3 cground almonds
-
1 tspalmond extract
-
1 csliced almonds
- GLAZE
-
1/2 cstrained apricot jam

1-2 tspalmond liqueur, orange juice, or water
How To Make apricot almond tart

1CRUST: Combine first three ingredients in a food processor or with a pastry blender until crumbly. Add eggs, mixing dough to form a ball. Press dough with floured fingers into bottom and sides of an 11 inch flan pan.

2FILLING: Spread jam over bottom of crust. Combine remaining ingredients except sliced almonds, mixing until smooth. Spread over jam in crust. Sprinkle with almonds.

3Bake at 350 degrees F. for 35-40 minutes, or until golden.

4GLAZE: Combine glaze ingredients. Spread over warm tart.
