1 capple cider

1 cbutter, softened

1 csugar

1/2 cbrown sugar, light

3 call-purpose flour

1 tspbaking soda

1/2 tspbaking powder

2 tspcinnamon
How To Make apple cider cookies

1Reduce Apple Cider: Pour 1 cup apple cider into a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Allow to simmer for about 10 minutes until it reduces to 1/4 cup. Allow to cool.

2Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

3Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

4In a large bowl cream the butter and sugars until light and fluffy.

5Beat in eggs, one at a time.

6Add reduced apple cider and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.

7Add dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon. Mix until combined.

8Scoop 1 Tbsp portion of dough and roll into balls. Place on cookie sheet.

9Bake 10-12 minutes until golden.

10Let cool on a cookie sheet for 5 minutes. Remove to wire rack. Enjoy!
