Ingredients For apple cider buttons

  • 1 c
    earthbalance vegan buttery sticks, softened
  • 6 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 1 Tbsp
    instant hot apple cider mix
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 2 c
    flour
  • 1 Tbsp
    apple cider
  • 1/2 c
    raw sugar

How To Make apple cider buttons

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.

    Beat buttery sticks until softened.
  • 3
    Add sugar, apple cider mix and vanilla. Beat until combined.
  • 4
    Add flour and cider until dough comes together.
  • 5
    Shape dough into balls. Roll in raw sugar and place on cookie sheet.

    Press balls flat with glass to about 1/4" thick.

    Bake 9 - 11 minutes. Transfer to rack and cool.
