Ingredients For andes mint cookies

4 Tbsppowder sugar

2 cflour
-
1 tsppeppermint extract
-
green food color
-
frosting:
-
2 cpowder sugar
-
1/4 cunsweetened cocoa powder
-
1/4 chot water
-
4 Tbspbutter
-
1/2 tspvanilla
-
andes mints, cut in half (to top cookie with)
How To Make andes mint cookies

1Mix together first 5 ingredients.

2Roll rounded teaspoonfuls into balls and thumbprint.

3Bake 7-8 minutes at 350

4Whisk together the 5 frosting ingredients until smooth.

5Top each cookie with frosting and add half of an andes mint to center.

6Frosting will harden in about 30 minutes.
