Ingredients For amish pizza cookie

  • 1/2 c
    each: white sugar, oleo, and peanut butter
  • 1/3 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c
    flour
  • TOPPING
  • 1 c
    chocolate chips
  • 2 c
    mini marshmallows
  • 1 c
    m&m's or candied cherries slivered
  • 1 c
    nuts

How To Make amish pizza cookie

  • 1
    Mix the egg, sugars, oleo, peanut butter and vanilla together. Add the flour and mix well
  • 2
    press or roll dough on a 15 inch pizza pan all the way to the edge. Bake 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

    remove from oven, add the contents of the topping list and return too the oven for another 5-10 minutes. Cut when cool
