I took a basic cake mix cookie recipe and made this one. The mix of the coconut cake mix, with Pina Colada drink mix not to mention the Almond Joys. OMG...it is so good and easy!!

Where have these cookies been all my life? Kimi does a wonderful job combining classic flavors into a wholly unique cookie. Love it!

Ingredients For almond joy cake mix cookies

  • 1 box
    duncan hines coconut supreme cake mix
  • 1 lg
    egg
  • 1/4 c
    oil
  • 1/4 c
    pina colada drink mix
  • 3
    almond joy candy bars

How To Make almond joy cake mix cookies

    Preheat oven to 350F.
  • 2
    Combine cake mix, egg, oil, and pina colada mix, and cut up candy bar.

    Mix well and drop by teaspoons on greased cookie sheet.

    Bake for 15 minutes or until done.
